The RMH Wellness Center Nutrition program uses the Institute of Medicine Guidelines and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) database. It is available 24/7 to all users. The program allows you to create custom meal plans and recipes and shows you how to combat nutrient deficiencies with the foods you love to eat. You can print grocery lists for your convenience and track your goals on a custom graphing system.
