Body by Baby: Pre Natal Pilates
Safe and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. Pilates practice during pregnancy helps support the body’s natural expansion process by building core strength, decompressing the spine and joints, and improving circulation. Expectant mothers will prepare the body for a healthy delivery. Physician Consent Form required before participating. Classes held once a week for six weeks. $66 members, $85 non-members. Program adheres to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology guidelines.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program
Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life, a way of taking charge of your life, a way of doing something for yourself that no one else can do for you – consciously and systematically working with your own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life. Restoring within yourself a balanced sense of health and well being requires increased awareness of all aspects of self, including body and mind, heart and soul. Next Session:

Progressive Exercise Program (PRO Ex)
During this an 8 week program, a fitness specialist will create a customized exercise program based on your medical needs and fitness goals to meet your health and fitness needs in conjunction with your health care provider’s fitness recommendations. You will Meet with a fitness specialist for 30 minutes, twice a week and also enjoy full use of a Wellness Center membership.
Pro Ex is a safe and effective bridge from sedentary habits or structured clinical treatment to a healthy, active lifestyle.
Cost: Just $60 for a 60 day Sentara RMH Wellness Center Pro Ex membership. Available for both members and non-members.

Right Weigh Weight-Loss Challenge
A 12 week program designed to educate and challenge you in the areas of health and fitness. You will be competing against other Wellness Center members for a chance to win cash and many other great prizes! Earn points by completing a fitness assessment, working out, attending group fitness classes, competing in weekly and monthly challenges, reviewing weekly nutrition tips and improvements in body composition. Winter and Summer sessions available. Cost: $50 per member, register at the Wellness Center front desk; $199 per non-member, register with the membership office. TRX Group Training
Six-week group training program held twice/week for 45 minutes/session.
Join us for challenging and affordable group personal training! Receive the benefits of personal training without sacrificing the camaraderie and support that a group atmosphere offers. The trainer will create a fitness program that progressively meets the needs of both individuals and the group. Cost: $99 members, $120 nonmembers.

- TRX CORE. You’ll be challenged to the core! This isn’t your typical training; step out of your everyday routine and into TRX training that offers the versatility to target all areas of your abdominals.
