Better Balance
Enjoy exercises and movements to practice balance skills, reduce the fear of falling, increase muscular strength and improve posture, stability, body awareness and gait. Over time, you'll feel steadier and more confident engaging in daily activities; reducing fall risk and preventing further injuries from falling. For beginners or those who have previously taken the class and want to further their balance skills.
Body by Baby: Pre Natal Pilates
Safe and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. Pilates practice during pregnancy helps support the body’s natural expansion process by building core strength, decompressing the spine and joints, and improving circulation. Expectant mothers will prepare the body for a healthy delivery. Physician Consent Form required before participating. Classes held once a week for six weeks. $66 members, $85 non-members. Program adheres to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology guidelines.
Boot Camps with Kimberly
Ready to take your workout to the next level? Anything goes in this one hour outdoor class. Agility, strength, endurance and power are all challenged as participants go head to head through a variety of rigorous routines. Rain or shine, get ready to work up a sweat with Personal Trainer, Kimberly Durden! $150 members, $195 non-members.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program
Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life, a way of taking charge of your life, a way of doing something for yourself that no one else can do for you – consciously and systematically working with your own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life. Restoring within yourself a balanced sense of health and well being requires increased awareness of all aspects of self, including body and mind, heart and soul.

Progressive Exercise Program (PRO Ex)
During this an 8 week program, a fitness specialist will create a customized exercise program based on your medical needs and fitness goals to meet your health and fitness needs in conjunction with your health care provider’s fitness recommendations. You will Meet with a fitness specialist for 30 minutes, twice a week and also enjoy full use of a Wellness Center membership.
Pro Ex is a safe and effective bridge from sedentary habits or structured clinical treatment to a healthy, active lifestyle.
Cost: Just $60 for a 60 day RMH Wellness Center Pro Ex membership. Available for both members and non-members.

Right Weigh Weight-Loss Challenge
A 12 week program designed to educate and challenge you in the areas of health and fitness. You will be competing against other Wellness Center members for a chance to win cash and many other great prizes! Earn points by completing a fitness assessment, working out, attending group fitness classes, competing in weekly and monthly challenges, reviewing weekly nutrition tips and improvements in body composition. Winter and Summer sessions available. Cost: $50 per member, register at the Wellness Center front desk; $199 per non-member, register with the membership office. Swing Dance
Get 'Hep to the Jive'! Learn vintage swing dance moves that are sure to put a spring in your step. You'll have so much fun you won't realize you're burning calories! Instructors Sam DuVal and Michelle Tillery, with eight years of teaching experience between them, will guide you through the Charleston, Lindy Hop, and beyond! No experience required.
Tabata Kettlebell
This class offers a unique twist on interval training to give you a fast-acting total body conditioning experience. The Tabata protocol is touted as one of the most effective workouts for increased fat loss, and enhanced athletic performance to physiologically transform your body. Utilizing kettlebells and your own body weight, you will complete several rounds of 20 second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest in this challenging class to give you quick results in a short amount of time. Classes held once a week for 6 weeks.
TRX Group Classes & TRX Personal Training
TRX® is a
suspension training tool developed by Navy SEALS that uses your own body
weight to create resistance giving you a total body workout! Our group
classes will challenge you to "the core" through various functional
exercises to build core stability, strength, endurance, and flexibility.
