1 (12-ounce) can tuna, packed in
water, drained and flaked
1½ cups coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
4 English muffins, split and lightly
toasted or 4 sandwich bun halves
½ cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1. Preheat broiler. Combine tuna,
coleslaw mix and green onions in mixing bowl.
2. In small bowl stir together
mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed. Add to tuna mixture. Stir to combine.
tuna mixture onto each muffin half, dividing evenly. Place on broiler pan.
4. Broil, 4 inches from heat, for 3-4
minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes or
until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
