Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Disjoint 10 chicken wings and discard the tips.
- In mixing bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons reduced-fat soy sauce, 1½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon crumbled dried basil leaves and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add chicken parts and stir to coat all sides.
- Cover a baking sheet with foil; arrange chicken pieces on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Turn over all chicken and bake another 25 minutes.
