1 box brownie mix
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Drain black beans in strainer and rinse. Pour beans back into the can, add enough water to cover the beans.
- Put beans and water into food processor to make a bean puree. Pour into mixing bowl. Stir in the brownie mix until combined and smooth. Stir in nuts, if desired.
- Pour batter into an 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake brownies according to package directions. They may need a little more cooking time. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
