2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained
1 ripe medium banana
8 packets sugar substitute or 3 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup ice cubes or a few splashes of milk to thin out
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
