RMH will host a free women’s heart health seminar, “Matters of the Heart,” at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 31 at the JMU Festival Conference and Student Center.

The seminar, presented by the RMH Heart & Vascular Center, will include free blood pressure screenings and presentations by RMH Heart & Vascular staff and physicians. Presentations include the following:

• “What’s Different About a Woman’s Heart?” presented by cardiologist Brad Rash, MD, of Harrisonburg Medical Associates. 
• “The Heart of Women’s Health,” presented by RMH Heart Health Navigator Maria Hostetter, RN. 

RMH healthcare experts will be available to speak with participants and answer questions. Free blood pressure screenings, educational displays and refreshments will be offered beginning at 6:30 p.m. Presentations will begin at 7 p.m.
