The Strong Families/Great Youth Coalition invites readers to take a look at the latest edition of “Youth Give Back,” a bimonthly publication created in partnership with Rockingham Memorial Hospital and distributed in the Harrisonburg Daily News-Record.
In this edition:
- Elkton youth assist local volunteer fire company
- JMU students start dance company for children with special needs
- Spotswood High School volunteers help children “Read Across America”
- Smithland Elementary students reach out to help Haiti
- And much more!
“We are very excited to see the recent release of the third edition of this publication highlighting the positive contributions that local youth make in our community,” said Rebecca Johnston, health promotion specialist, RMH Community Health. “We are excited to introduce another great edition thanks to the contributions of our community.”
