Becky Nucilli has been named director of Human Resources Development for RMH Healthcare.
Nucilli brings nearly 19 years of human resources leadership experience, including 14 in healthcare, to her new role with RMH Healthcare. Before joining RMH, she served as vice president of human resources for West Virginia University Hospitals—East in Martinsburg, W.Va. There, she led a human resources reorganization that resulted from the merger of two not-for-profit community hospitals and a multi-practice physician group. The merger required her to create a common platform for human resources processes, pay, benefits, employment, performance management and human resources information systems for the new organization.
She previously had served as human resources manager at Quebecor World, a print company now known as World Color Press, in Martinsburg.
“We are pleased that Becky has decided to join the RMH Healthcare team,” said Mark Zimmerman, vice president, Human Resources Development. “She has the experience, skills set and competencies required to effectively lead our busy Human Resources Development team, whose mission is to serve our employees and create a healthy culture at RMH Healthcare.”
Nucilli earned a bachelor of business administration degree and a master of science in human resources administration from the University of Charleston in Charleston, W.Va. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is the treasurer for the West Virginia Hospital and Human Resources Association.
“I was searching for an organization that had a vision for the future, valued employees and had an excellent reputation for serving its community’s needs,” she said. “I believe RMH possesses all of these characteristics. I also was impressed with the employee talent that exists in the Human Resources Development Department.”
Her husband, Jim, is a chef, and they have a 12-year-old son. The Nucillis live in Martinsburg, W. Va.
