Eating a healthy diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables and low in red and processed meats.
Diets high in animal fat may raise prostate cancer risk. On the other hand, some studies have found that diets high in fruits and vegetables may be linked with a lower risk of prostate cancer. Some research has pointed toward specific foods that might be helpful, but none of these have been shown conclusively to lower prostate cancer risk (which is why most experts recommend a healthful diet as opposed to just eating certain foods).
