Just Say Know

The science behind drug and alcohol use.

Kids are overwhelmed with so many choices these days. We hope they will make the right choices about alcohol and drugs. We tell them they should “just say no!” But what do you say to them when they ask you why?

Are we ready to give them an answer? A real answer? The Supporters of Sobriety Amongst Youth (SOSAY) and RMH Behavioral Health invite you to a special presentation on what to say to your children about alcohol and drugs and how to prepare them to make the right decisions for the right reasons. Together, we’ll learn to “just say know”!
