Fit Fitness into Your Vacation
For many, summer means vacation – a time to relax and have fun with
family or friends, but vacations can also be an opportunity to
reenergize your body and mind. Putting exercise on pause may not
significantly decrease your fitness level, but it could get you out of
the habit of maintaining your regular workout routine. Instead of
forgetting your workouts completely, incorporate them into your travel!

obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes,
and osteoporosis; it would seem too good to be true, right?

Louisville's Kevin Ware Leg Fracture Caused by Perfect Storm

NO" when Louisville basketball star Kevin Ware landed awkwardly during
the game against Duke Saturday. Ware went up to block a three point
attempt and was twisting when he landed. His 6'5 frame combined with
leaping over 36 inches, then landing while rotating caused a force too
much for his lower leg to handle.
