Membership

We invite you to visit our facility, meet our staff and begin your commitment to fitness now! An RMH Wellness Center Membership Representative is available seven days a week to answer questions and provide tours of our facility. We will meet with you to discuss the various membership types designed to meet the needs of both individuals and families. Members have access to unlimited health and fitness opportunities offered by trained, professional staff.

Membership to the Wellness Center includes use of over 100 pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, over 70 group exercises classes each week, an indoor track and a gymnasium.

Members have access to unlimited health and fitness opportunities.

Members can also utilize the aquatic area featuring a fitness pool, a therapy pool and a whirlpool. We are ready to assist you as you begin your health and fitness program. Sunday 12 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Membership Types include:

• Individual Membership—single person
• Couple Membership—two people who reside in the same household as significant others
• One Parent Membership—one parent and dependent child/children
• Family Membership—two adults and dependent child/children
• Senior Individual Membership—an individual age 62 or older
• Senior Couple—two people age 62 or older residing in the same household
• Corporate Memberships—We encourage companies to partner together with the RMH Wellness Center to improve the overall wellness of employees. Healthy employees can increase productivity, decrease absenteeism, boost employee morale and decrease healthcare cost. Statistics show that investing in employee health positively affects the bottom line. RMH Wellness Center is committed to working with the companies to improve the health of the community it serves. We have developed criteria for establishing a corporate account that involves company support and participation. We feel by identifying a company liaison, we can better inform employees about opportunities to enhance their overall health and fitness. Guests are always welcome at the RMH Wellness Center. The following fees will apply:

Guest Fees:

• Guest without a member 18 and over $15.00
• Guest with member 18 and over $10.00
• Teen Guest (ages 13 through 17) $8.00
• Kid Guest (ages 5 through 12) $6.00
• Young Child Guest (Ages up to 4) NO FEE

Guests may use any of our facilities after signing a liability waiver. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
