The Hand-in-Hand Resource Mothers program matches pregnant teens with trained volunteer mentors.
ChildCare Connection is a resource and referral service dedicated to enhancing the availability and quality of childcare in our area.
Community Health Education and Awareness provides leadership to collaborative community initiatives and seeks grant-funding opportunities to improve the safety and health of our community.
Healthy Families of the Blue Ridge provides home visits, resources and education on child development for first-time parents who are assessed as being “at risk.”
Senior Advantage, a membership program for adults age 55 or better, designed to provide you with the tools necessary to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
