Corporate Health partners with outside resources to maintain an up-to-date understanding of issues that may be beneficial to area companies. These issues include OSHA, ADA and DOT guidelines, as well as worksite safety and health suggestions.
This information is shared with the business community in various formats. Often, specific information is requested by a company and provided on an individual basis. Other information may be beneficial to the business community as a whole and is shared through direct mailing.
An effective and exciting outlet for company-related information and discussion is the Safety Net program. Safety Net is a quarterly breakfast meeting for area safety directors and human resource personnel, coordinated and hosted by the RMH Center for Corporate Health. Members gather to receive pertinent information relating directly to their companies, and to network with other peers to share ideas on implementation of information. Safety Net speakers have been a tremendous resource of knowledge and ideas. The presentation is casual in nature and roundtable discussion is encouraged and welcomed.
If you are interested in any of these educational opportunities or in taking advantage of the resources mentioned, please contact the RMH Center for Corporate Health at 540-433-0524 or 800-722-8854.
