Wellness Center
Welcome to the RMH Wellness Center, the area's only medically based health and fitness center. Located on a 20-acre campus at 501 Stone Spring Road in Harrisonburg, the RMH Wellness Center is a membership-based facility that offers the latest in health and fitness to the members of the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County community.
Although we are proud of our facility, we understand that our success goes beyond bricks and mortar, and beyond the finest equipment and programming. The level of service we offer defines our success and we are committed to meeting that challenge in a way that is unmatched in the industry.
