The RMH Marketing and Communications department has garnered awards in the 25th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards, sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report.
Healthcare Advertising Awards is the oldest, largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition. The awards are sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the leading publication covering all aspects of healthcare marketing, advertising and strategic business development.
RMH received a silver award for its Cardiothoracic Surgery Patient Handbook and a merit award for HealthQuest magazine.
“It is gratifying to have our team receive national recognition for its hard work on these publications,” said Debra Thompson, associate director, Public Relations and Communications.
A record number of over 4,400 entries were received in this year’s competition, making the awards the largest healthcare advertising awards competition. Gold awards were given to 403 entries and silver awards went to 362 entries. Bronze awards were given to 328 entries. Merit awards were also given to selected entrants. A national panel of judges reviewed entries based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.
