Kevin Albert has been named director of Revenue Cycle at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

As director, Albert will be responsible for the Patient Registration, Central Scheduling and Patient Business Office departments.

“I am pleased to have Kevin Albert here to lead our revenue cycle activities,” said Mike King, RMH chief financial officer. “His background and experience, along with his commitment to improving the service we provide to our patients, employees, physicians and community, make him an excellent fit for RMH.”

Albert has more than 15 years of experience in revenue management. Albert most recently served for seven years as director of revenue cycle for Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, a 259-bed facility in Somerset, Ky. Albert previously served for eight years with HCA, holding revenue cycle positions of increasing responsibility at Hospital Corporation of America facilities in Indiana and Blacksburg, Va.

He is completing an accounting degree from the University of Phoenix.
