The RMH Medical Records department (previously located in the Wine-Price Building) has moved to the first floor of the Grace Street Building in the space that was formerly the RMH Regional Cancer Center.
Customers may request medical records or release of information 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays by coming to the reception area using the Grace Street entrance (formerly the Cancer Center entrance). Parking is available in the adjacent Dogwood Lot on Grace Street.
A release of information specialist is also available at the new hospital to help patients there to obtain copies of medical records. This specialist is located at the Imaging registration area on the first floor.
