The RMH Luray Health Center opened Oct. 18, offering primary care services for the entire family.
The Center was formerly Page Primary Care, the practice of James W. Feeley III, MD. Dr. Feeley joined RMH Primary Care Practices Oct. 18.
“This new arrangement allows Dr. Feeley to focus on providing care while RMH assumes responsibility for billing, staffing and other administrative needs,” said Terri Huffman, director, RMH Primary Care Services, RMH Medical Group.
The RMH Luray Health Center provides a wide array of family health care services. These include preventive medicine, health maintenance programs for diabetes and hypertension as well as other chronic diseases, immunizations and minor surgical procedures, such as lesion removal and laceration repairs.
“I am very pleased to be part of the RMH family,” said Dr. Feeley. “This arrangement allows me to concentrate on the care of my patients. The delivery of health care continues to change in the Valley, and it feels good to be able to change along with it.”
Nancy Brubaker, family nurse practitioner, and a “daughter of Luray,” has joined the practice. Brubaker has been with RMH for 20 years, the last nine at RMH East Rockingham Health Center.
“I look forward to working close to home, family and friends in our community,” Brubaker said.
The practice is located at 134 General Drive in Luray. Office hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday; and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday. The RMH Luray Health Center is accepting new patients. For more information or to make an appointment, call 540-743-9087.
