Laboratory ServicesThe mission of the Laboratory is to work in partnership with our Pathologists and other physicians to provide high quality clinical laboratory testing services and products that assist in diagnosis of disease and/or the enhancement of health status. We are committed to responding to the needs of the citizens of our area and the changing health care market by offering cost-effective, accessible services and products.
Locations
Lab and X-ray services are offered at the following locations. No appointments are necessary. Please remember to bring your insurance information and the lab or X-ray order from your physician.
RMH Healthcare
2010 Health Campus Drive, Harrisonburg
For Lab Services—Park in Lot G and enter through the outpatient center entrance. Register at the desk.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 6am-7pm; Saturday, 7am-noon
For X-ray Services—Park in Lot A and enter the main hospital entrance. Register with RMH Registration, located behind the staircase in the lobby.

The Laboratory now offers direct access testing to our community. This involves a group of 16 laboratory tests that anyone can choose to have done without a physician order.
Tests must be paid for at the time they are performed. Results will be sent to the client only.
This service is available at the RMH Outpatient Center and located with the RMH Occupational Health Center at 1790-64B, East Market Street (Kroger Shopping Center).
No appointment, no registration is necessary-to order a test, just visit either location, pay the fee, fill out the paperwork and the test will be performed.
Specimen Collection
You can have your lab test collected at any of the following locations - no appointment is necessary. Please remember to bring your insurance information and the test order from your doctor. Your tests will be run promptly and reported to your doctor - follow-up with your doctor for your test results.
