Pick-Up Location
Main Campus - Imaging Services Check-In Window
Parking is available in Lot A. Enter through hospital's main entrance, take a left and go past Patient Registration and the Coffee Cup. Imaging Services Check-In window will be on your right.
Hours
6:30 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday- Friday
8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday & Sunday
Requirements for Pick-Up
- To Pick up films you will need an ID and will need to sign a release form when you arrive.
- If you are picking up films for someone else, you will need a note signed by them giving permission for you to pick up films and your own ID.
