When it comes to hospital work, there's no time off. Caregivers work around the clock to make sure patients are as comfortable as possible, and with this type of work comes a variety of shifts. There's your typical day shift, nights and even weekends, and now, another option is available for nurses at Martha Jefferson. The new position is a "seasonal float" nursing position - only required to work November through April when the hospital is the busiest.
