Carrie Willetts has been named director of planning and new business development at RMH.

In this role, Willetts will be responsible for managing the total operation of the planning department to ensure the effective strategic direction and system growth of RMH.

Willetts has been with RMH since 2006. She previously served as the assistant director of RMH business services for physician practice management.

Before coming to RMH, Willetts held several administrative positions at University of Virginia Health Systems, most recently serving as administrative director of the physical medicine and rehabilitation department.

 Willetts earned a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from James Madison University.
